Donna Satchell has over 20 years of experience at Citi in Technology, Project Management and Shared Services organizations. Her past roles in Technology focused on successful implementation of global applications in Corporate Realty Services (CRS), Finance, Legal and Consumer Business, with primary objectives to globally standardize and streamline processes to eliminate redundancies and control expenses. She was also the Chief of Staff for HRSS System Operations organization, providing leadership to a functional team of 135 team members across 10 countries in 4 regions while being responsible for a budget of $6MM. Donna has been characterized, and is respected, as, a quality focused, detail oriented, highly exceptional leader credited with influencing positive corporate change and cost savings value to key global programs and initiatives.
In her current role as the HRSS Smart Automation & Robotics Process Automation Global Program Manager she orchestrates and drives the successful & timely completion of projects, identifying and mitigating risks; building strong relationships with program sponsors & stakeholders while ensuring alignment to cost savings transformational goals across HRSS. Donna is also responsible to ensure consistent implementation of plans, deliverables and artifacts aligned with the Citi Standard Project Management Methodology, RPA Playbook, Governance and Oversight. She applies and promotes Citi Lean re-engineering methodology to RPA projects as well as builds awareness and training for RPA across HRSS, partnering with HRSS leaders to prepare the organization for wider adoption.
Donna holds a Master’s of Science degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from City University of New York (CUNY) – Hunter College.
She is also the Tampa Women’s Leadership Council (WLC) – Women in Technology (WIT) Chairperson for the University of South Florida (USF) – Women in Computer Science & Engineering (WiCSE) Mentor Program.
