In Kathy’s role as HR Service Delivery Lead at XL Catlin, she is responsible for leading Global HR Operations and HR Technology, as well as leading continuous improvement and colleague engagement efforts for the HR Service Delivery organization. Kathy joined XL Catlin in December 2014 as Change Management Leader responsible for the Transformation of Human Resources. She then led Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Engagement efforts for two years before moving into her current role in HR Service Delivery. Prior to joining XL Catlin, Kathy was Global HR Transformation Leader at Marsh and McLennan in New York, NY and Human Resources Change Management Director at The Hartford in Hartford, CT where she spent 15 years focusing on implementing enterprise-wide HR programs that significantly transformed the HR Service Delivery model. Kathy is certified in Prosci’s ADKAR Change Management Methodology.
