Lyn Frantz has been Hire-to-Retire Global Process owner since May 2016. She serves as a member of both the Global Human Resource and Global Business Services Leadership Teams.
Ms. Frantz has held a variety of human resource leadership roles within Kellogg. She joined the company in 2003 as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant for U.S. Snacks Sales, Operations and Distribution Centers. Since then, she has served in a number of key roles with increasing responsibility, including Vice President, U.S. Snacks HR, Vice President KUSA Sales HR, Vice President, KNA Supply Chain HR and Vice President Human Resources, Kellogg North America.
Prior to joining the company Ms. Frantz served as Director, Human Resources for Target Corporation. She also has extensive experience in the medical device industry.
Areas of expertise include organizational effectiveness, building a culture that drives performance, strategic talent management and employee engagement.
She received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
She and her husband, Robert, reside in East Leroy, Michigan and have two children.
